Founded in 1982, ABD is one of the oldest vendors in the industry but continues to introduce the latest innovative staffing technology solutions. ABD kicked off its 40th anniversary celebration on August 25th and 26th with a virtual client anniversary party that featured new product unveilings, inspirational speakers, trivia competitions, and giveaways. The company unveiled two brand new products, including a completely redesigned OnBoarding Application. The new application is designed with technology to maximize your application completion, develop a better candidate experience, and give staffing companies a competitive edge. Additionally, the OnBoarding program is highly configurable by user within the new OnBoarding Admin Center.
In addition to the new OnBoarding Application, a new Mobile App is being released, Ultra-Staff EDGE JOBS, that will enrich the candidate experience and enhance communication between candidates and staffing companies. Candidates will have access to key information and will be able to accomplish tasks right from the palm of their hand, including entering availability, entering time, searching for jobs, messaging the recruiter, viewing important employee documentation, and more.
